The developers from 5.25 inch have released a very attractive new iPad app called Minutes. Minutes attempts to help you keep your meeting notes organized and structured while separating the actions into its own section. Fortunately, I have no meetings coming up so I can't really test this in the field. Although I strongly prefer to take notes on paper, I am willing to give this app a shot.
