I do like the idea of tagging pages with stickers in order to have Evernote automatically tag it.
However, I don't really get the whole "optimized notebook" idea — I just can't wrap my head around what either company would do to improve that sort of capture. I guess I'll find out whenever I get it.
Sidenote: While I'm not really too thrilled about all the clutter on the front of the cover, I do dig the Evernote logo on a Moleskine cover.
