Apple CEO, Tim Cook, has posted a letter to all iOS 6 customers explaining the difficulties and shortcomings of Apple Maps.
Hopefully this will calm most of the outrageous bashing that's been going around.
Hopefully I won't ever have to see horrible portmanteaus either.
