I finally got around to checking out Cleartones after seeing a few sites link to them.
Holy cow, these are good.
For several years, I've been a proponent to "generic" and "simple" ringtones. Working in a traditional office environment, it always puzzles me to see how fast people try to silence their ringer after their annoying pop song ringtone goes off at volume 11. If you're so embarrassed to have your co-workers hear it, why have it?
Back in the early days of iOS, I always applauded the restriction of only using the supplied ringtones. Then Apple done goofed and allowed people to make ringtones out of their annoying/favorite songs.
Anyway, I plan to buy a set of these the moment I get home. These ringtones are a great way to avoid being punched in the face when your "Gangnam Style" ringtone goes off — by me.
