Why people still remain loyal to the company when high-profile services are denying them. While I don't believe that Instagram is the key to success, having a company refuse to develop for a platform is definitely disconcerting.

Who, other than loyalists, buys a BlackBerry out of their own free will?
As someone who was a happy user of BlackBerry products years ago and have no ill-will towards them, people sometimes just have to wake up and smell the stale coffee that in front of them.
